that claimed the lives of 13 people and injured 121 others on August 1,

Car Raffle Postponed. New Date to be
Announced
Due to poor ticket sales, we have postponed the 2008 Car Raffle. We
will doing a membership drive in which you have an opportunity to pay yearly
dues. For each 1 year period of dues, you will also receive one raffle
ticket. Tickets may be purchased by visiting our office in Burnsville.

Amber Alert Cancelled Anastasia Jones Found
Anastasia Jones was found safe on Saturday morning in North Minneapolis.
Her non-custodial mother, Miracle Flowers, is in custody. Flowers was
visiting with Anastasia at Hennepin County Medical Center when she took the
4-year-old Friday afternoon. Flowers lost her parenting rights for Jones
last week.

Vehicle located, child and Suspects still missing at 7:02 p.m. CST.

Suspect #1: 19 Year old black Female, 5'2 125 LB Brown

Suspect #2: 37 Year old black male
There is an Amber Alert out for a four-year-old girl who
police say was taken by her non-custodial mother from Hennepin County
Medical Center. The little girl is Anastasia Jones of Fridley. She's wearing
a pink jogging suit with "Princess" written in purple on the front and
purple boots. Police say her mother, 19-year-old Miracle Flowers, took her
and got into a 1996 Chrysler Sebring convertible with a black top, Minnesota
license number RM086. Police have located the Sebring, but the suspect and
child are still missing. If you see the suspect or child, please call 911.

Minnesota Emergency Communications Team will be kicking off its first
bi-annual car raffle. Tickets will be on sale at select locations at
$5.00 each. We will definitely raffle off a 2008 Dodge Avenger.
The raffle will be held at Larry Reid's White Bear Dodge. Please
contact us for more details. The funds will
be used for radio equipment, team training, and our 2008 operating expenses.
